wo brothers on a weekend camping trip discover a porthole in time, magically step into parallel lives, and are stalked by a guardian sorcerer in Sixteenth-Century England.

This tape consists of five self-contained two-minute highlight sequences, inspired by a proposed full-length feature film version of The Passage.

Shot in less than five days, entirely on a Sony Handicam High-8 camera, with no light kit, no dolly, and only a four to five person crew, The Passage was built on resourcefulness—not resources.

Inspired by sword and sorcery classics such as John Boorman's Excalibur, Terry Giliam's Time Bandits and J. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, The Passage is the story of two brothers who accidentally discover a portal to another world. Once in that universe, they are thrown into a saga of astounding magic and medieval adventure.
